Returns & Shipping

ONLINE RETURNS
We hope you LOVE each item you receive from Sugar Belle's, but if not... we are here to make the return process as smooth & easy as possible! We will gladly accept FULL PRICED, unworn items for store credit that never expires. 

Due to high order volume & limited quantities, we cannot process exchanges. We recommend placing a new order with the correct sizing, then shipping back the return so that you do not miss out on the new item. Store credit issued for the return cannot be applied to the new order, it MUST be used toward a future purchase.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from the date that the order was delivered. After the 10th day, we cannot process a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with a completed RETURN FORM.

In order for your return to be approved, items must be found in "original condition" by Sugar Belle's Boutique® with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if there are signs of wash or wear including, but not limited to, deodorant residue, make-up stains, odors, damages, etc. 

ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED BEYOND 20%, SWIMWEAR, & MONOGRAMMED OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE  FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN!

STORE CREDITS
Please allow 5-7 days for package transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & if it’s been approved. If it is approved, store credit will be issued in the amount of the returned item, not for any shipping or handling charges. Store credits are issued in the form of a promotional code sent via email to the address on file. This code never expires.

DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS
If you believe that you have received incorrect or damaged merchandise, you must contact our warehouse within 3 DAYS to make a claim. If we are not notified of an issue within 3 days, it will no longer qualify for replacement or return. You required to send photos of damaged items to customerservice@shopsugarbelles.com with subject line, "DAMAGED" or "INCORRECT".

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for the shipping costs on all return packages. For your protection, all return shipments MUST be traceable. Please allow 5-7 days for package transit.

BOUTIQUE RETURNS
If you’re local, you may choose to return your purchase directly to one of our store front locations. When returning items in-store, please specify if you’d like your store credit to be issued as in-store or online credit.

SHIPPING
At Sugar Belle's, we offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders over $50!

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
